CNH Reman Photo Contest Official Rules

Eligible Equipment Categories

Photos must feature CNH equipment within one of the following categories:

• Case IH Agriculture
• Case Construction Equipment
• New Holland Agriculture
• New Holland Construction

Photo Categories

• Action in the field or job site
• Equipment in landscape or seasonal setting
• Close-up/detail shots of equipment
• People safely working with equipment

Prizes

• Selected photos will be featured in the upcoming CNH Reman calendar
• Winners will receive CNH Reman merchandise
• Additional internal recognition may be given for standout entries (social media, website, etc.)

How to Enter

Participants may enter between August 10 and October 6 (11:59 PM CST).

To enter:

1. Submit photos using the official entry form on the CNH Reman website https://mycnhreman.com/blogs/news/photo-contest
2. Upload up to 1 photo per person
3. Include:
   • Name
   • Email
   • Location (City/State/Country)
   • Equipment type featured (Case IH, Case Construction, or New Holland)
   • Optional short description

Entries submitted on October 6 will be accepted through the end of the day.

Contest Guidelines

• Photos must clearly feature Case IH, Case Construction, or New Holland equipment.
• Images should be high-resolution (recommended 300 DPI or at least 3000px on the longest side).
• Photos must be original and taken by the entrant.
• Photos must have been taken within the past three years.
• Light editing (color correction, cropping, etc.) is allowed; heavy manipulation or AI-generated images are not permitted.
• Content must be:
  • Safe and appropriate
  • Free of offensive, explicit, or misleading material
  • In compliance with workplace and equipment safety standards
• Logos, branding, and equipment should be accurately represented.
• CNH Reman reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not meet these guidelines.

Terms and Conditions

• By entering, participants grant CNH Reman a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and display submitted images for marketing, promotional, and internal purposes, including but not limited to calendars, social media, and website content.
• Entrants confirm they:
  • Own the rights to the submitted images.
  • Have permission from any individuals appearing in the photos.
• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
• CNH Reman employees and affiliates are allowed to participate.
• Winners will be selected at CNH Reman's discretion based on creativity, quality, and alignment with the CNH Reman brand.
• Winners will be notified via email and may be required to confirm eligibility.
• CNH Reman reserves the right to:
  • Modify, suspend, or terminate the contest if necessary.
• By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules.
• This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any social media platform.
