2025 BRINGS STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP CHANGES TO CNH REMAN

As we enter 2025, CNH Reman is preparing for the future with strategic leadership transitions. The retirement of long-serving General Manager, Bruce Krueger, announced October 2024 marked the beginning of these changes. With new leadership in place, the company is ready to build on its strong foundation and drive continued growth, effective January 1, 2025.
Welcoming New Leadership
Taking the helm as the new General Manager is James Wilson, who has served as CNH Reman’s Director of Supply Chain since 2020. Wilson brings extensive leadership experience, having previously held key roles at Tuthill Blower Systems and NewStream Enterprises, where he served as General Manager for four years. With a focus on operational excellence and strategic growth, Wilson is well-equipped to lead CNH Reman into its next phase of growth.
Additionally, Ken Stephens will step into the newly established role of Chief Operations Officer (COO), overseeing both Supply Chain and Production. Stephens has been with CNH for over a decade and transitioned to CNH Reman in 2018. His leadership as Director of Manufacturing since 2022 has been instrumental in optimizing production operations, making him a natural fit for this expanded role.
Honoring a Legacy of Leadership
Bruce Krueger, who had been with CNH for 17 years and played a pivotal role in CNH Reman since its founding in 2009, retired from his role as General Manager December 31, 2024. Under his leadership, CNH Reman achieved an impressive 10% annual growth, reinforcing its position as a trusted provider of remanufactured parts for Case IH and New Holland equipment. His dedication to sustainability and innovation has left a lasting impact on the industry and the company.
A Vision for the Future
Under Wilson’s leadership, CNH Reman is set to continue its growth trajectory, with a strong focus on expanding into electronics and drivetrain remanufacturing. "We are still a young company with significant potential. Our joint venture partners, CNH and SRC Holdings Corporation, share a vision for growth, and by working together, we can take this business beyond $300 million," Wilson stated.
As CNH Reman moves forward with this leadership transition, the company remains committed to delivering high-quality remanufactured solutions that drive efficiency and sustainability for its customers.
